Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information MemoryLabs (“MemoryLabs,” “we,” “us”) collects when you join our pre-launch waitlist, why, and the choices you have. This is a waitlist-stage policy only; it covers the limited information you give us to reserve early access, not the MemoryLabs product itself. Before the product launches we will publish a full product privacy policy and notify waitlist members by email first.
MemoryLabs is operated from the United States by The Adelaide Group LLC. We welcome visitors from the EU, UK, and elsewhere, and have written this policy to respect the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) as well as other US state privacy laws.
1 · What we collect
Email address (required), when you submit the form, to confirm your request, add you to the waitlist, and email you launch news.
Which AI assistants you use (optional), if you choose to answer, to understand which integrations to prioritize. Leaving it blank does not affect your place.
Technical/security data (IP address hash, timestamp), automatically on submit, solely to prevent abuse and record your consent. We do not ask for your name and collect no sensitive data. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
2 · Legal basis (GDPR)
Email and optional answer: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form and confirming your email; you may withdraw it anytime. Technical/security data: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in securing our systems and preventing spam and fraud.
3 · Double opt-in
After you submit, we send one confirmation email. You are added to the active waitlist only when you click its link. If you did not request this, ignore the email; the pending request expires automatically.
4 · Storage and subprocessors
Your data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. We use a small number of trusted subprocessors strictly to run the waitlist on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database storage), Resend (confirmation and launch emails), and Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, aggregate traffic only). All are US-based; for EU/UK visitors, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards and on your consent to join a US-operated waitlist.
5 · What we do not do
We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we disclose it to no data brokers. We do not use your information to train any AI or machine-learning model. We do not send your data to advertisers, and we collect no more than what is listed above.
6 · Retention
Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches (and a reasonable transition period after), or until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Unconfirmed pending entries are deleted automatically within 30 days. Technical/security data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
7 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and unsubscribe instantly via any email we send. To exercise any right, email privacy@memorylabs.dev. We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 30 days under GDPR, 45 under CCPA) and may verify control of the email on file. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
8 · Security
MemoryLabs is built by a team that runs an application-security practice, and we hold our own waitlist to that standard: encryption in transit, reputable infrastructure, server-side abuse protection, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat even a pre-launch email list as data worth protecting.
9 · Changes & contact
If we change this policy we will update it and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email. Questions or requests: privacy@memorylabs.dev, The Adelaide Group LLC.
